A significant part of the project involved the upholstery of the lobby and dining areas, including the production of custom-made, non-standard seating elements. All materials were selected with an emphasis on high durability, easy maintenance, and a long service life suitable for intensive hotel operations.

For the wellness area, we supplied rail systems and fabrics designed for environments with high humidity. The materials used met the specific requirements of each facility, including standards for safety, maintenance, and long-term functionality.

The project involved a comprehensive implementation across several buildings within the resort and built on our long-standing collaboration with the investor in the development of the Dolní Morava complex.

The project was carried out in close collaboration with the client, who entrusted us with sourcing several product categories for a single project. This allowed us to coordinate individual solutions throughout the interior and maintain a consistent standard of quality, functionality, and overall visual concept.

The roofing system is designed with an integrated rainwater drainage system. The structure provides protection from rain and sunlight and allows the space to be used year-round.

Total pergola area is 50 m².

The project also included a track system designed for flexible space partitioning in healthcare facilities. The tracks were anchored to the concrete ceiling above the suspended ceiling, enabling a technically clean and stable solution without interfering with the visible parts of the interior.

The project spanned four floors of the building, always taking into account the specific operational needs of each department.

Due to the size and weight of the curtains, motorised track systems were installed to ensure smooth and comfortable operation.

The result is a technically robust solution that meets the requirements for shading, acoustic performance, and a representative appearance of the space.

The project also included the manufacture of custom-made track systems, which were installed in some of the rooms by our installation team. The solution was tailored to the specific structural conditions of each room.

In the attic rooms, we added technical blackout shades in the form of nano blinds installed directly into the window frame. The system, featuring guide rails adhered to the window glass, incorporates 100% blackout fabric, which allows for complete blackout of the space without interfering with the window structure.

The project took into account the hotel’s operational requirements, the long-term durability of the materials, and the coordination of installation within a fully operational building.

The selected ZIP screen system provides efficient solar control, reduces interior overheating, and ensures reliable performance even on higher floors thanks to its high wind resistance. Its minimalist design complements the industrial character of the building while maintaining the integrity of the architectural concept.

The project included the complete supply, coordination, and installation of the shading systems throughout the development.

The terrace is equipped with a Corradi ceiling canopy system featuring a retractable roof, which allows for flexible shading control and protection from inclement weather. The system is complemented by side screen blinds, which ensure variable enclosure of the space and optimize thermal and lighting conditions.

The proposed solution expands the restaurant’s operational capacity and supports year-round use of the outdoor space. The installed system meets the requirements for functionality, durability, and long-term operational reliability in the HO_RE_CA segment.

The selected system enables effective daylight control and optimization of the interior thermal load, while also ensuring the desired level of privacy. Exterior blinds help improve the building’s energy efficiency and enhance the comfort of the work environment.

The result is a technically reliable and durable solution that meets the current demands of modern office and commercial buildings.

The space was divided using fabric curtains installed in circular sections, allowing for flexible partitioning of individual zones. The materials used include both sheer and blackout fabrics, which help visually distinguish the displayed collections while also allowing for creative use of light within the interior.

In the meeting rooms, heavier-weight dim-out curtains with acoustic certification were installed, ensuring optimal lighting conditions for presentations while improving the acoustic comfort of the work environment.

The implemented solution contributes to the functional layout of the space, enhances user comfort, and meets the requirements of a modern showroom and administrative facilities.

The solution was to install interior fabric roller shades, which provide effective sun protection while maintaining visual comfort. The roller shades used meet high standards for durability and ease of maintenance, making them ideal for use in high-traffic commercial and public spaces.

Sliding aluminum panels ensure effective daylight control, protection from the elements, and the necessary level of privacy for individual residential units. The system also helps optimize the interior thermal load and enhances the building’s energy efficiency.

The installed solution represents a technically reliable and architecturally integrated element that meets current requirements for modern residential construction.

In collaboration with the architectural firm Chybik + Krištof, the TOPFIX MAX screen roller blind system from Renson was selected; thanks to its zip-track fabric guidance, it withstands winds of up to 120 km/h and significantly reduces heat gain inside the building. The Soltis 92 Alu/Alu technical fabric effectively regulates solar radiation while maintaining sufficient light comfort.

The system is fully automated and connected to Somfy’s TaHoma smart control system. The implemented solution ensures a stable indoor environment and supports year-round use of the building, which is intended for cultural and educational activities.
